QED Communications took our services to use RFID as a technology to engage visitors at Exhibition Stall of Colgate-Palmolive in East Delhi. It was a two day event wherein close to 1700 visitors came to Colgate Palmolive Stall in a Medical Conference cum Exhibition. 15 Counters were setup with the big Exhibition Stall of Colgate Palmolive including registration counter + redemption counter. Visitors were registered via RFID Bands which they wore on their wrists. Next they went to each 15 counter one-by-one, took Colgate-Palmolive Product Technology Demo and then tapped their bands to accumulate points. Once they finish visiting all counters they are directed to visit Redemption Counter. Here again they tap their RFID Band and get to see the total no of counters they have visited, points they have accumulated and if they qualify for a physical take away surprise gift. Event managers had live reports via a web based backed dashboard.
