Hybrid Events

INTRODUCTION

Events could be conducted onsite where all the attendees are physically present at the location or it could be a virtual one where all the attendees are connected online through internet.

However, it may be a possible where all the attendees would not be able to join the even at the physical location. Reasons may be the limitations in capacity of the physical venue, the travelling restriction like in pandemics, some attendees may not be able to join the event at the physical location due to minor health issue, but still want to attend the events.

The solution to this is Hybrid Event. It is the combination of both the onsite and the virtual event. A hybrid event is arranged in such a way that the both the onsite and the virtual attendees gets the equal attention and the virtual attendee gets the same level of interaction as the onsite one. The content of the event has the ability to engage both the audiences equally. The requirement is only of laptop, web cam and a microphone for virtual audience.
