Mechanical Engineering

INTRODUCTION

Mechanical engineering involves in making machines using the law of physics and principle of mathematics. This conglomeration of physics and mathematics are applied on materials for new formation and its testing using material science. The core responsibility of mechanical engineering is the designing, manufacturing, maintaining and smooth functioning of the machines.

Computer applications (CAD/CAM etc. ) are used in designing the machines as per the requirements. It also studies the object in motion and how to make machines with it, like dynamo, watches, and motors. Mechanical engineering is very broad and involves a few aspects of all the streams of engineering from analyzing the properties of the material to designing and production of the machines and tools.
