Video Streaming

INTRODUCTION

Streaming is to flow. What could flow in a digital world? Obviously, it is data or information. This data or information could be an audio or video file. So, the transfer of any video file from one computer to another through internet is called video streaming.

We can transfer a recorded video file or while watching it live. The video file is broken into data packets which has a head and a tail. The head contains the address of the tail of the data packet prior to it. The data packets flow in a continuous manner through the wired or wireless internet connection and reach the destination computer where these packets are processed and run.
